We require certain information to provide Superplayer to you. This policy outlines what information we collect from you, what we use it for and what your rights are and how to exercise them.

We may ask you to share your information with us for the following purposes.
We collect and process account information such as your username and phone number so that you can identify yourself to Superplayer and access the service in a secure manner. This is necessary in order to use Superplayer as outlined in our terms of service agreement. You can optionally choose to supply profile information such as your name and a portrait picture that will be shown to other users. We will continue to store and process account and profile information until you close your account with us.
Superplayer can use your contacts on your phone or on Facebook to help you connect with friends that also use Superplayer. To do so we require your consent. We may cache your list of contacts on our servers so that we can notify you when one of your friends starts using Superplayer. This information is stored until you close your account or you withdraw your consent.
We collect certain information as part of our legitimate interest of operating and evolving Superplayer. This includes usage tracking and technical information about the devices that you use to access Superplayer, as well as any anonymous access to Superplayer or to the superplayerapp.com website. The information collected in this way is stored for up to 12 months.
We use third parties to help us collect and process your information for the purposes outlined above. In all cases Superplayer remains the data controller of your information and has supplied the third parties with clear instructions for how to process your information.
We may come to use third parties based in countries outside of the European Economic Area. When we do we will ensure that adequate privacy measures, such as the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement, apply.
You have all the rights granted by the EU General Data Protection Regulation. In particular, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, to close your account and to request deletion of any information that we have about you that is not essential to our service. You also have the right to object to any part of our collection and processing schemes.
